HBC Serves

As part of our HBC Serves philosophy, several Hoffman Brown teammates volunteered at Guide Dogs Of America (GDA) in Sylmar, CA in June. We helped this wonderful organization with their annual physical inventory of store merchandise.  GDA does not receive any government funding.  They are funded entirely by donations and grants, so volunteers are very important to them.  By helping with their inventory we contributed in a small way to helping a blind or visually impaired person gain their independence.

Hoffman Brown makes many varied volunteer opportunities available to our teammates, and all full time, permanent employees are granted a paid day off to volunteer each year.  While our goal is to help others, we find that each of us comes away feeling like we were the recipients of something special.

COVID-19 Update:

The Coronavirus, officially COVID-19, has become a global health emergency. One of the measures Hoffman Brown Company has taken to keep our CLIENTS and Teammates safe was to design a complete virtual work environment. For the foreseeable future, our colleagues will be conducting business virtually to avoid any disruption in our ability to serve you. These measures are based on the CDC’s guidance and will evolve with the situation. Please know that we are fully functional, available and look forward to being of service.
