Hoffman Brown Company (HBC) sponsored a Winter Wonderland Holiday Event with LA Family Housing (LAFH) on 12/18/16.  The HBC and LAFH Team wore Elf Shirts and helped 80 families celebrate the holiday season. Each child shopped at Santa’s Wish-Mart and selected toys, the parents shopped at the Family-Mart for food and clothing. There were arts & craft activities, visits with Santa, outdoor games, children singing holiday tunes and a delicious lunch was served.

HBC’s commitment to the community is an important part of the firm’s history and culture. Their outreach includes food donations, blood drives, walks/runs to raise money & awareness about diseases, blankets to the needy, care packages to our military, school supplies for children, volunteer days to non-for-profit facilities such as The Jewish Home for the Aging, MEND, Habitat for Humanity, and PALS.

LAFH is one of the largest housing and homeless services providers in Los Angeles. On average, LAFH serves more than 6,000 people per year, including children and adults. They own and operate 23 properties around Los Angeles, combined with other supportive services to meet the different needs of homeless individuals and families.
