Award Recognizes Outstanding Employers in the Insurance Industry

Los Angeles, CA, September 2016 – Hoffman Brown Company announced it has been named in the annual Best Places to Work in Insurance program, which recognizes employers for their outstanding performance in establishing workplaces where employees can thrive, enjoy their work and help their companies grow.

Hoffman Brown Company’s leadership and team has created a positive, cooperative work environment built around professionalism, personal satisfaction, client empathy and service to both clients and community. Community service is woven into the fabric of Hoffman Brown’s culture and is tied to their success in the marketplace. The team participates in many charitable activities such as volunteering at local institutions that care for the elderly and facilities that care for people living in poverty or homeless. They have assisted local food pantries, organized blood drives, and walked together to support cures for diseases.

Best Places to Work in Insurance is an annual feature presented by Business Insurance and Best Companies Group that lists the agents, brokers, insurance companies and other providers with the highest levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. This year’s report features 74 companies of various sizes, from 25 employees to more than 6,500. The ranking and profiles of the winning companies will be published in the November, 2016 edition of Business Insurance.
