Patrick Thomas is the Managing Partner of the Southwest Region. Previously, he served as President of RSI Insurance Brokers, a company previously acquired by Acrisure that specializes in providing insurance to the transportation industry.

Patrick has extensive experience in providing insurance coverage for warehouse, logistics and all transportation-related industries. His leadership philosophy revolves around creating a team that has ownership in the result, thus cultivating a group of people that are driven to continue to grow and succeed. He believes that enabling and empowering a team is more meaningful than individual results.

Raised around the transportation industry, Patrick is captivated by its endless and understated evolution. He is also an IT and Marketing specialist which allow his work to be thorough and analytical while also innovative and creative.

He is a graduate of the University of San Francisco as well as City, University of London and lives in Orange County, California.

Rob has been in the insurance industry since 1993, all on the agency side. As of the formation of the Southwest Platform, he has been with Hoffman Brown Company since 2014. He thrives on financial planning and forecasting, working closely with production and helping all staff troubleshoot any issues. He holds a BS in Business Administration from California Lutheran University. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hiking, and going to concerts. He lives in Summerlin, NV.

Christina Danforth is the Head of Operations for the Southwest Region, She began her operations experience in running and growing a small construction firm for 15 years prior to entering the insurance industry. In 2017, she joined RSI Insurance Brokers which was previously acquired by Acrisure where she has spent the last several years bringing efficiencies to both the working team and client experience, increasing profitability and capacity.

Through thoughtful leadership, she works to build a process that gives her team clear guidelines for success.  Having her past experience in operations, finance, and growth roles allows her to work with the various teams needed to bring an organization together.  Insurance is a fascinating and changing world and she is thrilled to help lead the Southwest in innovative thought and creative vision.   

She currently lives in Orange County, CA with her husband and two sons.  She spends her time out of the office at kids sporting events and traveling with the family.

Tracey Martin is the Head of Growth for Acrisure Southwest. She brings a wealth of experience delivering revenue growth and retention through GTM strategy, operations, acquisition and transformation.

In her previous life as a software executive, Tracey first entered the workforce in San Francisco at the dawn of the Software-as-a-Service industry, and spent over a decade deepening her expertise in recurring revenue development in enterprise sales, management and operational roles. In 2018 she joined Cornerstone OnDemand in Los Angeles as AVP of Sales Operations and Strategy, continuing to channel her love of sales driving growth in increasingly broad and strategic capacities.

Acrisure welcomed Tracey in 2023 leveraging this 'software perspective' -- an ambitious sales culture, relentless growth mindset, and creative strategic approach --  to our mission of bringing intelligent financial solutions to our customers.

Tracey graduated from Brown University with a degree in Linguistic and Cognitive Sciences. Outside of work you can find her deep in a New York Times crossword, on the paddle court, or hanging out with her chickens in Marina del Rey.

Kevin is the Head of Client Solutions for Acrisure Southwest. He has worked in the insurance industry since 2007, both on the carrier and brokerage side.

Kevin is focused on leveraging data and analytics to lead to better client outcomes. He has developed long-standing carrier partnerships to facilitate revenue growth across various products and vertical markets.

Kevin is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara, and resides with his family in southern California. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with family, skiing, cooking, and pick-up basketball.
